Do you have trained counselors for each specific region/ country? 

Our counselors have the expertise to provide support in every region of the world that welcomes international students.  

Do you assist with obtaining a visa?

Yes. We only assist with the application process if you wish to avail of the service. We cannot help with securing the visa or anything related to the consular process. 

What is your fee structure/ payment plan?

Our initial 15 minute session is free. Thereafter, our fees are based on the options you select. We have both per session or per  package fees. 

We will discuss options at our initial consultation. 

Once the student is abroad, what then?

If you select the full advising and support option, our active support continues after the admission. From the initial settling down and getting acquainted with the new environment, to weekly check-ins through the first two semesters, we are fully committed to their success. We will support the students with available local resources and local community engagement. 

Would you have a contact person/ virtual office?

Yes. We are available 24/7 and a team member will respond within 24-48 hours to arrange for any support that you may need.
